Manifolds

Teesing can design, supply and assemble manifolds and air headers of different materials, sizes and shapes. It is possible to order with a customized order number, positioned connections and connection types. Teesing Systems and Engineering designs and manufactures customer-specific assemblies like manifolds. They can be equipped with other components such as ball valves, hoses/tubing and other couplings.

Manifold materials and shapes

Teesing offers a wide range of distribution blocks in various materials and shapes. Materials include stainless steel, brass, aluminium, or PVDF. The standard range consists of manifolds of various types of solid material or welded tubes.

Custom-made connections and forms

For correct installation and optimum design within the application the customer should not be limited to certain forms, number of ports and types of connections. Teesing engineers can design manifolds in a modified form or connection type according to customer requirements. Manifolds can be made with any type of connection at each position in order to ensure the perfect fit and ease of assembly. Teesing can assemble the manifolds with each component in its range, such as ball valves, fittings or others.
