A company profile is a general profile that includes several users of a company. The order history and requests of all employees are visible.

Yes. The superuser of the company profile can set order restrictions for the other users.

Under the 'user management' tab on your account page, the superuser will see an overview of users. After clicking the 'manage' button it is possible to delete users.

Yes, on your account page under the 'user management' tab, the superuser will see an overview of users. After clicking the 'manage' button, you can click on the pencil next to the user if you want to deactivate the employee. In the 'Change user' overview you can turn off the 'active?' checkbox.
